The short version: BondMinder is an informational tool. We're not the Treasury. Use our calculator for estimates only. The paid plan is for alerts, which you can cancel anytime. Be respectful, don't abuse the service.

By accessing or using BondMinder, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
BondMinder provides:
- A free calculator for estimating US Savings Bond values
- A paid subscription service for tracking bonds and receiving alerts
BondMinder is not affiliated with the US Treasury Department. All bond values are estimates. For official valuations, visit TreasuryDirect.gov.
3. No Financial Advice
BondMinder provides informational tools only and does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.
4. Paid Subscription
- Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
- Cancellation: You may cancel at any time from your account settings. No refunds for partial months
- Price changes: We will notify you 30 days before any price increase
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for illegal purposes
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the service
- Share account credentials or resell access
- Abuse the service with automated requests beyond normal use
6. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee the accuracy of bond value calculations. We are not responsible for any financial decisions you make based on information from BondMinder.
7. Limitation of Liability
BondMinder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
